Restorative Dentistry

Restore your smile. Restore your life.

From a single crown to a complete full-mouth rehabilitation β€” most care handled in-house, one trusted team.

Dental Implants

The permanent solution for
missing teeth.

Implants replace the root itself β€” preserving jawbone, restoring function, and looking completely natural. We place and restore the majority of implants entirely in-house. For complex cases requiring sinus lifts or soft tissue grafting, we partner with trusted specialists and coordinate your care every step of the way.

  • Most cases placed and restored in-house
  • Permanent, low-maintenance β€” lasts decades
  • Preserves jawbone and prevents facial collapse
  • Eat, speak, and smile with complete confidence
  • IV sedation available for anxious patients

Crowns Bridges

Protect what you have.
Fill what's missing.

A crown restores a damaged or weakened tooth to full strength and appearance. A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth with a fixed, non-removable solution anchored to adjacent teeth. High-quality porcelain matched to your natural color.

  • Protects cracked, broken, or root canal-treated teeth
  • Custom-shaded to match your natural tooth color
  • Fixed bridge β€” no removable appliance
  • Most crowns completed in just two appointments

Dentures Partials

Custom-crafted.
Locally made.

Our dentures are built with close attention to how you look, how you speak, and how you eat. We work with a local dental laboratory β€” not outsourced overseas β€” and stay closely involved throughout your case, which means better communication, faster adjustments, and a result that's held to the standards we'd expect for our own patients.

  • Full, partial, and implant-supported options
  • Immediate dentures β€” leave the same day as extractions
  • Local dental laboratory β€” not outsourced overseas
  • Custom-fit over multiple detailed appointments

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

A complete transformation.

Full mouth rehabilitation often requires a team. We coordinate and guide the overall treatment plan β€” working alongside trusted specialists as needed. Once the foundational work is complete, we bring everything together with the restorative work, delivering a cohesive, beautiful final result.

  • Complete evaluation of bite, jaw, and all teeth
  • Phased treatment β€” fits your timeline and budget
  • Coordinated with trusted specialists when needed

Common Questions

Things patients ask us

Do you handle implants in-house?
We place and restore the majority of implants entirely in our Malvern office β€” no referral to an outside surgeon needed for most cases. For complex situations requiring sinus lifts or soft tissue grafting, we partner with trusted specialists and coordinate every step of your care.
Does insurance cover implants, crowns, or dentures?
Coverage varies by plan. Most PPO plans cover crowns and dentures at least partially. Implants are less commonly covered but some plans include them. We'll review your benefits before treatment and give you a clear cost breakdown. Many of our patients choose to proceed without insurance β€” and our pricing is fully transparent either way.
Is full mouth rehabilitation done all at once?
Almost never β€” and that's a good thing. We phase treatment strategically based on clinical priority, your timeline, and your budget. Phasing also lets you use dental benefits across multiple calendar years, which can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs.
I'm nervous about extensive dental work. What are my options?
We have a significant advantage: Dr. Alexander Zilber, who provides IV sedation right in our office. Many of our most extensive cases are completed under IV sedation β€” patients wake up with significant work done and no memory of the procedure.

Sedation Dentistry

Dental care, without the fear.

If anxiety, fear, or a strong gag reflex has kept you from the care you need β€” we have a genuine solution most dental offices simply can't offer.

A board-certified anesthesiologist.
In our office.

Most dental "sedation" means oral medication β€” you're still awake and aware. We offer something fundamentally different: Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) from Dr. Alexander Zilber, a board-certified anesthesiologist. You'll be completely relaxed, have no memory of the procedure, and wake up with your dental work finished.

  • Board-certified anesthesiologist β€” not a dental sedation certificate
  • Complete amnesia of the procedure for most patients
  • Continuous monitoring throughout by the anesthesiologist
  • Complete extensive work in fewer visits

Who It's For

Sedation is right for you if...

😰
Dental Anxiety or Phobia
You've avoided the dentist for years because of fear or past trauma. IV sedation makes comprehensive care possible in a completely relaxed, worry-free state.
🦷
Extensive Treatment Needed
You need significant work β€” implants, full mouth rehab, multiple extractions β€” and want to complete as much as possible in fewer appointments.
🀒
Strong Gag Reflex
An overactive gag reflex makes even routine dental work miserable. IV sedation eliminates this entirely, allowing us to work comfortably and thoroughly.
What to Expect

The sedation experience.

01
Consultation & Comprehensive Exam
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and a full dental treatment plan. We review your medical history, discuss your concerns, and determine whether IV sedation is right for your case. You'll leave with a clear picture of your treatment and what to expect.
02
Day of Appointment
Arrive with a driver. Meet Dr. Zilber before we begin. The IV is placed comfortably and you'll feel relaxed within moments.
03
During Treatment
Dr. Zilber stays at your side throughout, monitoring vitals continuously while we complete your dental work.
04
Recovery & Aftercare
Short recovery in our office before your driver takes you home. Most patients feel back to normal the following day.
Common Questions

Sedation FAQ

Will I be completely unconscious?
MAC sedation puts you in a deeply relaxed, sleep-like state. Most patients have absolutely no memory of the procedure. It's technically different from general anesthesia but produces deep comfort and amnesia for most patients.
Is IV sedation safe?
Yes β€” especially under the care of a board-certified anesthesiologist who monitors your vitals continuously. We review your full medical history beforehand to ensure you're a good candidate. The safety profile for healthy patients is excellent.
Does insurance cover sedation?
IV sedation is not billed through insurance. The cost starts at $950 and varies depending on the length and complexity of your procedure. We'll give you a clear estimate at your consultation.
How much work can be done in one sedation visit?
Often a significant portion of your entire treatment plan. This is one of the biggest advantages β€” patients who have delayed care can catch up efficiently and comfortably in just one or two visits.
Fear shouldn't stop you from great dental care.
Preventive Care

The foundation of a healthy smile.

Preventive care isn't just cleaning your teeth β€” it's protecting your overall health, catching problems early, and ensuring your dental work lasts for decades.

Exams & Cleanings

Prevention is always less expensive
than treatment.

We do far more than clean teeth β€” we screen for oral cancer, evaluate bite and jaw health, assess existing restorations, and look for early disease when it's easiest and least expensive to treat.

  • Comprehensive exam with digital X-rays
  • Professional cleaning and polishing
  • Oral cancer screening at every comprehensive exam and recall visit
  • Periodontal health evaluation
  • Assessment of existing restorations and bite

Additional Services

More of what you need, under one roof.

Jaw clenching
Night Guards for Bruxism
Grinding and clenching causes tooth damage, jaw pain, and headaches. A custom-fitted night guard protects your teeth and relieves joint pressure. Far more effective than pharmacy guards.
🦷
Periodontal Treatment
Gum disease leads to bone loss and tooth loss if untreated. We screen at every visit and provide treatment β€” from deep cleanings to more frequent maintenance for at-risk patients.
🚨
Same-Day Emergency Care
Broken tooth, severe pain, lost crown, dental infection β€” call us first. We will work to see you the same day. Don't wait.
β™Ώ
Special Needs Patients
We welcome patients of all abilities and work with families to provide appropriate care. IV sedation is available for patients who benefit from a more relaxed environment.
🦷
Root Canal Therapy
We perform most root canals in-house β€” no referral to an endodontist in most cases. With modern technique, root canals are far more comfortable than their reputation suggests.
"I hadn't been to a dentist in over two years. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and I'm consistently seen on time. Dr. Rossis takes the time to explain everything clearly."

Anna Rossis, DMD

General Dentist Β· Founder

Dr. Rossis has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, and her passion for the work and for the people she treats hasn't dimmed for a moment. She earned her dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry and completed her residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she developed the clinical foundation that defines her approach: thorough, thoughtful, and always centered on the patient in front of her.

Dr. Rossis isn't just a dentist in Malvern, she's a neighbor. She lives in the area, her children have attended Great Valley Schools, and she chose to build her life and her practice here.

Those who know her well would say the line between "inside" and "outside" the office is blurry at best β€” a reflection of how much she genuinely cares about getting it right for every patient. When she's not thinking about her practice, she's with her family or planning the next great trip.
