Dr. Alexander Zilber
Dr. Zilber and Dr. Rossis met during residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Together and in private practice — making them a uniquely experienced team.
Dr. Zilber received further training in Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist and provides Monitored Anesthesia Care — an intravenous sedation that can be supplemented with additional medications for optimal comfort.

Anna Rossis, DMD
General Dentist · Founder
Dr. Rossis has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, and her passion for the work and for the people she treats hasn't dimmed for a moment. She earned her dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry and completed her residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she developed the clinical foundation that defines her approach: thorough, thoughtful, and always centered on the patient in front of her.
Dr. Rossis isn't just a dentist in Malvern, she's a neighbor. She lives in the area, her children have attended Great Valley Schools, and she chose to build her life and her practice here.
Those who know her well would say the line between "inside" and "outside" the office is blurry at best — a reflection of how much she genuinely cares about getting it right for every patient. When she's not thinking about her practice, she's with her family or planning the next great trip.

Lena Montoya
Clinical Coordinator
Lena was born and raised in Ukraine, where she trained as a dentist. She continued her dental education in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. As our clinical coordinator and certified medical interpreter, Lena performs a combination of clinical and administrative duties — and is an invaluable bridge for our Spanish-speaking patients. In her spare time, she loves to paint and compose music.
Ashlee Mullinex
Front Desk Coordinator
With a background as a dental technician, Ashlee is now the friendly voice and organized brain behind our front desk. She handles scheduling, phone calls, and daily operations with insight and just the right amount of humor. In her spare time, Ashlee likes planning family vacations and testing out recipes with her boys.
Lisa Melton
Insurance Benefit Specialist
Lisa helps our office run smoothly most days she works remotely, reviewing insurance policies to obtain benefit breakdowns and clearly explaining available coverage to our patients. Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys time with family and friends.
Stephanie Vasquez
Dental Assistant
Stephanie recently moved to the area from Brooklyn, NY. She is a certified dental assistant and also helps with the front desk as needed she is such a team player! Stephanie makes all our patients feel welcome. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and going to NYC to visit family, paint, and cook.
Our Anesthesiologist
Alexander Zilber, MD
Dr. Zilber and Dr. Rossis met during residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where they worked together on many sedation dentistry cases. That clinical partnership continues today in our Malvern office.
Dr. Zilber received further training in Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and is board-certified in anesthesiology. He provides Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) an intravenous sedation that allows patients to undergo dental treatment in complete comfort, with no memory of the procedure.
